Our client works as a Resident Civil Engineering to Singapore, and had studied Master’s in Civil Engineering to the U.K, he had been accepted at a certain university in Canada for his Master’s Degree in Applied Science, through scholarship funding of the university. In his first application, he got almost nine (9) factors of generic refusal under the acts and regulations for a study permit, where the visa office at the Canadian embassy in Singapore. was not convinced and satisfied that he met the criteria. In the process of our communicating via – exchanges of emails, and seeing to what he had supplied (evidence of documents), we presumed most of those factors in which militate the visa office not to grant him a study permit, is mainly because of the insufficient documentation and relevant information, more in particular for a third -party outside information for which we believe, would be very significant, substantial and material for the visa officer to arrive on his favorable decision, instead.
